Is it legal to buy treatments online?

Yes, the service we operate if fully legal and is regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). All of our pharacmists and prescribers are registered with the GPhC and have to follow the same strict guidelines as your local pharmacy.

All customers will undertake a medical consultation online before being able to string a treatment. This will be thorougly reviewed by our prescriber to ensure medical and clinical suitability. Your treatment will only be dispatched once we’re certain it’s appropriate and safe for you.

Are the medicines you sell genuine?

All treatments and products available on our website are stringd from certified and approved distributors. These are the same suppliers as used by your traditional high street pharmacy.

Do I need to supply a prescription?

You don’t need to already have a prescription to use our service. Before being able to select a treatment, you will undertake a short online consultation, which will be reviewed by one of our prescribers, allowing them to issue a private prescription for us to supply you with an appropriate treatment.

What countries do you deliver to?

We are only able to supply and deliver treatments to patients living in the United Kingdom.
