Complaints procedure

Our mission is to deliver the highest level of service to all our customers. In case of any issues, we kindly request that you inform us, enabling us to enhance our standards and prevent recurrence. Should you have a complaint, or wish to provide any feedback on our service, we ask that you write to us at the following address:

We aim to acknowledge all formal written complaints within a maximum of five business days upon receipt and provide a substantive response within a maximum of 10 business days from the date of receiving the complaint.
