What is Stud 100?
Although it can be both frustrating and distressing to live with, premature ejaculation is a very common and very treatable condition, so it’s important to know that you’re not alone and that there is help and support available.
The condition is characterised by ejaculation with little stimulation or shortly after engaging in sexual activity. It can be very upsetting to experience and can have an impact on personal relationships if left unaddressed.
There are various causes and factors that can lead to premature ejaculation and it can be helpful to identify the underlying cause of the condition so you can work out the best course of treatment.
Psychological causes include stress, anxiety and depression, as well as problems within a relationship and poor body image. Physical causes include genetics, nerve damage, changes in hormone levels and prostate/urethra inflammation.
Finding the right kind of treatment option can help you regain control. Stud 100 is one such form of treatment and it is available here at MENS once you’ve completed a confidential medical questionnaire with our UK-based certified prescriber.
How does Stud 100 work?
Stud 100 spray works to decrease penis sensitivity and help delay ejaculation. The spray itself contains lidocaine, an anaesthetic that causes loss of feeling in the skin and surrounding tissue.
It should only be applied to the head and shaft of the penis and should not be used on any other parts of the body. Always follow the directions when using this product.
How to use Stud 100
Between five and 15 minutes before engaging in sexual intercourse, spray the product directly onto the head and shaft of the penis. Always use the minimum effective number of sprays, which will likely vary between three and eight sprays, depending on the individual.
Each can of spray contains 120 metered doses. Do not use more than 24 sprays in 24 hours.
Do not use Stud 11 if you or your partner are allergic or sensitive to lidocaine or other local anaesthetics. Do not use the spray on broken or irritated skin, or if your partner is pregnant.
If a rash or irritation appears, discontinue use and if your symptoms persist, seek further medical advice.
Are there any side-effects to using Stud 100?
As with any medication, there is a risk of side-effects when using Stud 100. These include:
– Rash
– Irritation
– Nervousness
– Dizziness
– Convulsions
– Loss of consciousness
Note that some of these side-effects are the result of high blood levels of lidocaine (25 times the recommended dose of Stud 100). As such, it’s important to use the product only as directed.
You are able to string Stud 100 discreetly online here at MENS following a confidential online consultation with our UK-based certified prescriber.
